Training Solution for a National Retailer

Helped client compete more effectively by creating a Java/EJB Boot Camp training that enabled their staff to develop e-business solutions. Analyzed current developers talents, and from the resulting skills gap analysis, delivered a tailored solution for their training needs. The class was used as the basis for new hire training within the IT department.
