City Department of Health
Assisted the city in the early identification of tuberculosis cases by developing a multi-user Tuberculosis Care and Treatment Tracking System. The system also tracked existing patients and their contacts, and laboratory test results information. The system enhances patient care by reducing disruptions to the continuous therapy process caused by loss of medical records.

State Department of Health & Natural Resources
Created a solution used for tracking federal grant money used by the State.

City Police Department Training Academy
Created a solution that increased the efficiency and streamlined the education process for students attending the Police Training Academy. The solution tracked student class information including prerequisites and required courses for students.

City Streets Department
Created a public service solution for the City Streets department that enabled the city to identify and avoid congested areas around the routes of visiting public dignitaries. The solution was tied into a GIS package and received information from the city's permits department.

US Postal Services
Created a point-of-sale kiosk for the US Postal Service that reduced operational costs and increased revenues by allowing customers to view special collection stamps via the kiosk. While waiting at a post office, customers could peruse the latest stamp collections and other services available from the Postal Service. This pilot project increased awareness in the Postal Service and generated revenue via stamp collecting.

State Tollway Authority
Retained by the State of Illinois to design and deliver the WAN infrastructure for the Illinois Toll Authority new facilities. Upon completion of the move, retained by the ISTA to train over 300 users on the new system, WAN principals, and the interfaces to the Unisys mainframe solutions.

Federal Reserve Bank of New York
Helped client streamline technical development standards by implementing standard code libraries, objects and architectures for all OOP development.
