We offer four levels of training:

Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
We provide stand-up training on-site and at our open-enrollment facilities in suburban Chicago (Skokie, Ill.); suburban Minneapolis (Eagan, Minn.); downtown Raleigh, N.C.; and downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla. We are a certified training partner for SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft and HP/Mercury, and we offer a deep curriculum for other tools.

We provide training for virtually every core tool from the major software companies, including:

Jumpstartâ„¢
When clients implement a new technology or have a new, complex project associated with it, our technology-based Jumpstart provides the roadmap for success.  Jumpstart gives you one of our experts to work closely with your development teams, ensuring proper architecture and development methodologies, mitigating risk and making sure the project comes in on time. This extraordinary solution helps our clients get their projects started down the right path, and helps them avoid mistakes that cost money, delay implementation and turn expensive software into shelfware.

Mentor â„¢
We offer this special one-on-one consulting/training on specific technical topics or high-level concepts. It also is available as a longer-term engagement (with numerous topics covered) as a follow-up to training and to ensure deliverables associated with milestones.

Computer-Based Training (CBT)
We develop and deliver online training solutions and learning-management systems (LMS) for our clients to be used for on-demand pre- and post-training review. Subject matter can be process- or technology-specific.

Help Desk
In addition to our training solutions, we offer clients comprehensive Help Desk services. It's an idea arrangement: We make our experts available to you – the same experts who designed and implemented your solution.
