Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
We provide stand-up training on-site and at our open-enrollment facilities in Minneapolis, MN; St. Louis, MO and Raleigh, NC. We are an Authorized Education partner for SAP BusinessObjects, Microsoft and HP/Mercury, and we offer a deep curriculum for other tools.

We provide training for core tool sets from the major software companies, including:

Telepresence Training
Telepresence Training allows you to attend any participating class in your choice of our training locations, based on your convenience. Utilizing state-of-the-art video conferencing technology, the class is delivered live by an instructor in a Dunn training facility and students can participate via any Dunn training location.

Computer-Based Training (CBT)
We develop and deliver online training solutions and learning-management systems (LMS) for our clients to be used for on-demand pre- and post-training review. Subject matter can be process- or technology-specific. Pre-built offerings are available in individual, library or academy style programs.

Customized Education
We offer this special one-on-one or multi-person consulting/training on specific technical topics or high-level concepts. It also is available as a longer-term engagement (with numerous topics covered) as a follow-up to training and to ensure deliverables associated with milestones.

Help Desk
In addition to our training solutions, we offer clients comprehensive Help Desk services. It's an ideal arrangement: We make our experts available to you – the same experts who designed and implemented your solution.

Virtual Classroom
With Virtual Live Classroom training, you get comprehensive training from SAP experts using over-the-web connectivity. SAP Virtual Live Classroom stresses hands-on learning, providing each registered student with exclusive access to live SAP systems throughout each course.
