Course based on software release: CONVERGENT CHARGING 4.1

The class scheduled on 9/18 is a Learner's Choice event. Our Learner's Choice events are a hybrid of Classroom and Virtual with a live instructor. You can register for the Virtual Event, or the Classroom Event.

This course focuses on the SAP Convergent Charging module, version 4.1, as a part of the larger SAP Hybris Billing solution.

This foundation course is ideal for persons requiring a functional and technical overview of SAP Convergent Charging business processes and integration. The course proposes a sets of various functional and technical hands-on activities throughout the entire curriculum. Students that complete AC235 and practice the skills learned will be able to act as business and/or IT user for the solution, and manage basic functionality of SAP Convergent Charging module, version 4.1. Additionally, this course will teach you how to configure SAP Convergent Charging to meet the various rating/pricing requirements by exploring the various features and functionalities of the product.

The last day of the training includes a four-hour timeslot to cover selected optional content which will need to be selected with the instructor before the training commences.

For customer classroom training only - there should be a four hours slot where the instructor should decide with the class which of the optional topics to cover. The optional content selected cannot exceed 4 hours. Please note the guideline duration given in this description.

All in person classes are taught by an SAP Certified Instructor and will include both a hard copy and e-book student guide for you to keep. This 5 day instructor led course qualifies for 40 CPE Credits. CPE Credits are currently available only for publicly scheduled courses delivered live at SAP locations and our Authorized Education Partner locations. CPE Credits are not available for virtual live classroom sessions.

With virtual live classroom training you get comprehensive training from SAP experts using seamless over-the Web connectivity. The same content delivered in SAP's traditional "brick and mortar" classrooms is presented during virtual live classroom deliveries. As in SAP's traditional classrooms, SAP virtual live classroom stresses hands-on learning providing each registered student with exclusive access to live SAP systems throughout each course. Each Virtual Live class is taught by a SAP Certified Instructor and will include an e-book student guide for you to download and keep.
