1) Training content for the SAP SuccessFactors customer courses is provided via the SuccessFactors Administrator Learning Center (SFALC). If you do not currently have access to the SFALC, please follow the step by step instructions in the access guide. Please note, you must be a licensed SuccessFactors customer in order to access the SFALC. This content is also available in the HR Solution Edition & Professional Edition of the SAP Learning Hub.

2) The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing Administration course is designed to support various user roles in implementing the company's recruiting strategy. Recruiters learn how to use features within Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and the Recruiting Dashboard to source and communicate with candidates who have joined the company's Talent Community or completed a form on a custom landing page. Recruiters access the Candidate Profile to review a candidate’s qualifications, see which jobs they have applied to, send email and review email already delivered, add the candidate to Talent Pools, and more. Recruiters send targeted email campaigns to engage with candidates in Talent Pools. Recruiters also learn how to quickly generate a tracking link before manually posting jobs to online sources. Talent Acquisition Leaders learn how to generate reports in Advanced Analytics to evaluate trends in source performance, which allows the organization to adjust their media spend. Administrators learn how to use Career Site Builder to make instant updates to their CSB career site, and support recruiting initiatives by creating data capture forms, customized landing pages, email layouts, and more.

4) The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing Administration course provides an overview of the concepts and terminology associated with the administration and usage of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing functionality. Administrators will develop a working knowledge of this model for use in implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy.

5) Self-paced offering: Estimated duration is 12 hours

6) Private ILT/VLC: Estimated duration is 3 days

7) Public VLC: Estimated duration is 3 days, 5 hours per day

This is a SAP CERTIFIED Course. Your course will include Full Class Delivery of the comprehensive standard SAP curriculum agendas, SAP Certified Instructor, Demonstration and Presentation, Student Hands on exercises, Access to SAP Hosted servers/training environment, and SAP Certified participant guides.

This 3 day instructor led course qualifies for 0 CPE Credits. CPE Credits are currently available only for publicly scheduled courses delivered live at SAP locations and our Authorized Education Partner locations. CPE Credits are not available for virtual live classroom sessions.

With virtual live classroom training you get comprehensive training from SAP experts using seamless over-the Web connectivity. The same content delivered in SAP's traditional "brick and mortar" classrooms is presented during virtual live classroom deliveries. As in SAP's traditional classrooms, SAP virtual live classroom stresses hands-on learning providing each registered student with exclusive access to live SAP systems throughout each course. Each Virtual Live class is taught by a SAP Certified Instructor and will include an e-book student guide for you to download and keep. CPE Credits are currently available only for publicly scheduled courses delivered live at SAP locations and our Authorized Education Partner locations.
